Today I discovered a brand new event in town and I couldn"t wait to write this post. Introducing: Swap Miami! The first shopping event of its kind, Swap Miami is being hosted by Super Market Creative and Creative Mafia on Saturday, May 22nd, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. This is the latest way to "reduce, reuse and recycle" in Miami! Sift through your closets and get ready to simplify your life. At the event, there will be fashion stylists, furniture designers and retailers who will appraise your items so you can swap with other guests. You are encouraged to bring quality items that have been gently used. Acceptable goods include: clothing, accessories, home decor and accent furniture. Swap Miami guests will enjoy complimentary cocktails and some light treats. All left over items will be donated to charity. Sounds like a win-win situation!
